Main takeaway: ugly sweaters do mot shrink; customer service is top notch!

I recently purchased 2 “ugly” sweaters, here is my review.

First, they did arrive in the incorrect size, and luckily for me, it was late on a Friday when the shop was closed. I sent my message to request replacement, but in the meantime had no self control. I had ordered 2 XL and received 1 L and 1 2XL…the large fit perfectly out of the box, however I expected much shrinkage (akin to mission-type-wear…if you’re tracking). I thought, let’s give this a try…if no shrink, great! Wife loves “roomy” sweaters, so she’d take the 2XL…if lots of shrink, I’d take the 2XL, give a kid the L…if minimal shrinkage…I had found takers for that possibility, too…so away I went, soap and dryer sheets in hand. Folks…these did not shrink at all. So put in another order for a large to replace the 2XL mistake, gave the wife the 2XL and let Nick know I did not need replacements (during this time, they had sent me a free return label to send back the wrongly sized ones and said they would be getting right to work on getting the correct ones sent)

Also of note…these babies are soft.
