Came in great condition and looks stunning, I’m hoping it’ll be a conversation started at my local coffee shop! I have loved everything I have ordered from you guys. I also appreciate how you guys cherish sound doctrine and defend the faith.
Mug was broken on delivery! took them 10 days just to ship it! Then another 8 days to respond to me once the claim was made. They blame usps but put no padding in the box and didnt put a fragile sticker on the box either. Just avoid them. Horrible experience!
We kindly explained to the customer that all items are made on demand with a 2-10 business day production window through our website chat feature. We also advised the customer that we were out of town visiting family when he sent in his customer service issue. Once we were back in town and able to respond to the customer we noted that he declined our shipping protection at checkout and instead needs to file a claim with USPS - who damaged his mug. Had he added the optional protection, we would have gladly saved him the trouble of dealing with USPS and immedately remade and reshipped out his mug. The mug boxes are cardboard formed boxes made to hold and protect mugs tight during transit - there is no from for padding. Obviously, how USPS handles packages matters and some do break in transit thanks to them. He blames our business for somethig USPS did to his order sadly. He also apparently thinks small businesses have infinite funds to cover the damages caused by USPS.
This t-shirt not only displays one of my favorite of the 5 solas in a cool way, it's also super comfortable. The only issue I had was I received it with a hole at the seem towards the bottom side of the shirt, but Reformed Sage was quick to issue a replacement when I address the issue :)

I have put thsi decal on my computer, to remind others (and myself!) to be careful with God's Word.
The decal, itself, came in fair condition; a portion of the backing was pulled away and doesn't stick--a dab from a glue stick remedied that, but a little disappointed it wasn't in "new" condition.
Like the Biblical truth that "Proverbs 31 Woman" is also strong and does what she needs to honor God, even when it's tough. It is important to share that and this is an easy way to do it.
The decal itself came in not-perfect condition, backing had some of the "sticky" compromised with packing material.
I love the humor and appropriateness of showing both sides of "the Proverbs 31 Woman"--it's not all sweetness when we're talking about real Biblical women (including ourselves!) The mug, itself, is great, works just like a real mug should, and is a great conversation starter.
