He was bummed when I told him everyone would think he’s a hobo if he never took it off, but his frown crept into a smile once I directed him to your online store to show him he could buy more awesome Christian apparel to flaunt his love for Christ & prove to everyone that he has a stable income.

This bookmark is very pretty, but much thinner than I expected. It arrived bent, so I hope it doesn’t break off. Not sure if I would order again unless they were thicker.

Placed an order and received multiple emails about wanting more business from me but no update on my order. Wanted me to download another tracking app to my phone to follow the order instead of showing concern for a paying customer and provide quick, service on order. Lost my future business.

I wanted to contact you regarding your 1 star review.
I don't actually want you to download any apps. That is shopify. I never asked you to. I even told you that when you wrote in. I communicate to all customers either through transactional emails or via the chat feature on the website. When you wrote into the chat feature, I wrote back to you the same day just 2 hours later, I am a working owner, and am extremely busy. I do not get to just sit in an office. I'm on my feet roughly 18hours a day this time of year. I work 8am-12am to ensure orders get made and shipped out on time, like yours was. The main reason is, I just lost my apparel employee the week you placed your order, so not only did I have to conduct all aspects of ownership duties, I also had to go and make ALL apparel until I could interview, hire and train a new employee on black friday week - the literal busiest week of the year.
I explained to you that I do not ask nor require you to download any app at all and you still left that in the review. I also gave you the tracking information and we shipped your order out the same day you wrote in - which was day 10/10 business days of our publicly stated order processing window of 2-10 business days. Your order was shipped on time. You received multiple emails as it was black friday weekend, you wrote the review as if we continually email you begging for orders and money, which is not true either.
I showed great concern for you - a paying customer. Not only was your order still shipped out on time even though I was down an employee during the busiest week of the year, I still ensured a prompt response to your messages.
Your entire 1 star review is false, and I will ensure the public is made aware of that. You do not get to just make up false things about my brand and pass it off to the public as true facts.

I ordered the short sleeve shirt but received the long sleeve shirt with the same print. It’s too close to Christmas to return it and get the correct shirt. My husband does not really wear long sleeves shirts but I’m still hoping he will like it. Overall it is great quality. It’s just not the one we ordered.

Good print, lightweight material (i prefer heavier fabric but thats just preference)
I assumed that my other 3x shirts would be the same as these. They do run small. “Snug fit”. They are good quality and I was able to return them for a larger size. I can’t wait to wear these to the gym!
