Love that you can get replacement lids!

Ordered an insulated mug and it came with a broken lid. Hit them up immediately via email and they had a new lid on the way.
I've dealt with bad customer service before, but this was not bad at all. It is clear that their service and business is a testimony to Christ, and I'm pleased as punch to continue doing business with them for the Glory of God.
